Thoughts

Demi.T

You put on a smile

You act like your fun

Your thoughts run away

In your head you’re all done.

You say you’re okay

You know it’s a lie

You get into bed

Then that’s when you cry.

You think you’re being stupid

There’s so much frustration

You start to drift away

Into a world of isolation.

You’re thinking way to much

About our life and our society

All these thoughts in your head

But you know it’s this anxiety.

You can’t shake it off

And it won’t go away

Yet you get up every morning

And carry on with your day.

You’re constantly tired

You struggle to wake

You act like it’s fine

But you know you’re being fake.

Why is this me?

Why do I feel so alone?

All these questions I have

But I don’t like to moan.

It’s time to speak up

It’s now time to say

It’s ok to get help

There’s always a way.

Help will be there for you, those thoughts can be so demoralising but they will get better.

    Welcome to MPS.

You may not mean much to someone but with a heart so pure and open, you will be well loved here.

This gave me goosebumps, thank you and I wish you a warm welcome.

    Keep writing
    Always appreciated

      Thank you 🙂
I am loved. Mental health is just a big issue at the minuet. It’s good to have someone to talk to.

I know this well, can have it all but yet loneliness still calls.

You're alone in your battle but not the war, I stand beside with an open door.

Thank you for inspiring theses thoughts
