If only I was a bird...

Crystal Hope

If only I was a bird

able to spread my wings.

If only angelic chirps of joy

embraced my morning sings.

If only I could let go

of my anxiety and life fears.

If only I shed feathers

instead of held back tears.

If only I could soar

 freely in the limitless sky.

If only I wasn't unsure

to spread my wings to fly.

If only I reach my potential

to capture my real freedom.

If only I had the glimpse

of a bold and mighty eagle.

You may be scared of taking off and with a bumpy landing, but I have faith in your flight to freedom. Such beautiful work here shows your inner emotions revealing themselves. Carry on in doing so.

Your flight will be filled with beauty as are your words.
