Hope

Brycycle

Through translucent bodies

And closed minds.

Through wilting trees

And dying bees.

The skies collapse beneath our feet.

The graveyard glimmers through

The shade of our people.

Many of us stand, but feeble.

Hope.
Through undeniable fear

And the blood, sweat, and tear.

We stand tall.

The ones who love,

The ones that beam brightly through eternal dark.

Only time will tell us when,
The sun will shine on us again.
