Second letter to my younger self

Poetic Dan

I know we have been through many emotional wars, sometimes paradise crystallised our Shores.

Sadly the way your thinking, of what that paradise would be, beautiful positive meadows and no negativity in our sea.

Was never going to happen, it's not a reality, paradise is actually right up your bleeding feet

Right now you may find this hard to feel, but one day this **** will truly get real

When that tiny bit of illumination, can keep all the darkness at hibernation

You was never lost, you were just making your own liberation

  • Comment from author about the poem: Happiness is when we realise there may be more negative things in this world but the positive are much more powerful. So use that bit of light to turn the darkness to polite. Much peace and respect, Thanks to all of life for helping this

Life is different shades of grey, that gives image it's character. It's how we deal with these shades of grey, but hat gives our life it's character, hoping, like you said, with more lighter shades than darker.

Absolutely love your thoughts my friend and in my mind you are so far from grey! Have a fantastic day
        Always appreciated

I guess life is a series of phases we enter slowly and before we realise it they are gone and the next is under our feet.
Careful not to build hopes too high for a happy tomorrow. Life's a beach and the tide always wins. Go with the flow.

          • Poetic Dan

Now that's a keeper and yes the tide won yesterday but I'll never drown again, just go with the flow and wash my way in!

You are more that a star my friend
