Thanks for being my friend
although it was temporary;
We all change through time
and so our friendship has turn into a treasured memory.
I didn't regret the fights between us
although I don't appreciate being misunderstood;
There's always something that comes out of everything
and to me, it is a memory which I'll say it is something good.
I won't cry over ended friendships
no matter the cause and the ending
because I need to go forward
and look at this...in the light of something worth remembering.

- Comment from author about the poem: As the title says '(Temporary)', it isn't about ever-lasting friendship although that would have been better. It is to all those people with whom I had friendships with which ended in various ways...but regardless, just have them as a positive memory and go forward. No need to dwell on whatever issues that might have been there. Besides, if there were issues in friendships or whatever relationships...if I'm the only one who wanted to fix it, it's not really gonna work out. So just...thank you and now moving on.

Some friendships just end through our lives with no fault on either side, our lives change and we move on, but those friendships are always in our memory.
