Aiming for Dreams.

Goldfinch60

In life we have our aims,

Those aims lie in front of us.

We may think them high

But if we set our aims low

And achieve them with ease

Life will become boring.

Always set your aims high,

And throughout your life

You will progress to new heights,

As you rise towards your dreams.

Good write Gold. Well, I try, but there's no hope with my singing! I'm taking Lesson No. 57684936449 today. The tutor is laughing up his sleeve, cos it's costing me a fortune! heehee.

One day you will hit the right note Orchi, even if it is just by accident.

That is undoubtedly good advice BUT with one proviso. Never tread on people to gain your goal, for your victims will successively mean less and less to you and you will end up a very bad person indeed. The end never justifies the means.

Yes d a, I would agree with what you say, you must achieve your goals in life by helping others to achieve theirs, life should be shared in love, joy and peace.

Aims keep us on track and the song you chose helps to know where to look for that special feeling - what a singer Ella was.

                • Goldfinch60

                  So true Fay.
As far as I am concerned Ella could sing the telephone directory and it would still sound wonderful.

                • Suresh

No more dreaming for aims, time to start the journey.
                  Thnx for your poetic advise

I am on my way and have been for many, many years, those dreams never die.
