Some say it not good for you, but I really don't care.
When it's 3am and a banana is there!
It's okay if don't like, what I say and how I see, that is why, it's my reality.
The first pattern I've made sure, no longer exists
My children know how broken, their father really is
Secondly is we all cry, they've seen me many times
Thirdly there is love, as I've given within open arms
Next comes the power to find and nurture what's not ours
Finally ending with a fifth, to try enjoying every moment after this......

Reading your comments, you do of course have great healing qualities. You set out searching for self healing, you found a possible route and embraced it. Still embracing it you will radiate the positivity you have inside you and talk wisely to those who carry a burden from negative experiences.
They will be seeing a genuine human who aint trying to sell them anything, nor preach.
You poem speaks of the genuine and 'real' feelings person you are. Your kids understand why there are tears and you show them tears are OK and so is demonstrating love in many forms.
Hey what a superb example you are to them when you compare the example you experienced.
You encouraging words never fail to help me keeping my walk tall.
I'm currently working on two projects that honestly I still can't believe I'm worthy of at times.
Then I remember all that are in my life, be it in person or virtual. Each one has helped me push myself more, 2020 will be my year.
Everything will blast off!
Dan, you have certainly moved on in your life and will continue so to do.
As for 3 am, that when I get the answers to many questions that I couldn’t remember during the day, my friends are not so keen when I rung them with the answer that early in the morning!
