My shadow

If I could be your shadow
I’d stick to you like glue
Wherever you would wander
I’d be there close with you

You’ll never ever lose me
As much as you might try
Run, or walk , or just stand still
I’ll be there by your side
————————————
So let me be your shadow
I’ll not get in the way
And if you feel you like me close
Perhaps you’ll let me stay .
