Feels Like It's Been A While Poem, by Nafis Light, at My poetic side

It feels like it's been a while,
I haven't given anything to anyone;
So how about a platter of love with sprinkles of smiley face?
Then a rainbow ice-cream with jelly beans for the taste of fun?

If I am in front of you...
I will give a smile and a hug;
I will be by your side;
My heart will open big and wide.

Somehow, it has really been a while right?
Maybe that is just how I feel right now;
It is not too late to take a light bow
and smile and say "Hello again to you".
