Tune: Sandys
('Teach me, my God and King')
James 4 v.13-18
*******
Take heed now, you that say
And plan greedily days
That we shall go to such a place
A year, and profits trace
And we shall stay a year
Our own path through life steer
Yet truth is, you know not what be
Even tomorrow, see
For what is your life here
As mist that does appear
A little time, then vanishes
'Tis temporary this
For what you ought to say
If the Lord will, this day
We shall live, and do this, or that
Wherever we be at
But now you do rejoice
In your own selfish choice
In your boastings, such rejoicings
Are evil, trouble brings
If in your plans you know
To do good, but not so
Do you do, then you sin commit
Living as you see fit

I do sincerely believe that faith is the firmly held or devout belief in something, God or otherwise... I have seen first hand how faith for example in a medicine man or shaman can bring about cures or positive changes, seemingly as a result of that belief.... certainly food for thought... Neville
Thanks Neville.
Yes faith is all we ever need Orchi - thank you for the reminder.
Thanks Fay.
