Every knee to you shall

You are Lord no less

Saved by your grace alone

Only you can atone

For our human need

Good Shepherd, us feed

 

We shall be satisfied

With all you provide

Tend us still, we pray today

Lead us in your way

Light of life, the path sure

You shall show us e'ermore

Kept by your power

Constantly each hour

 

Until Rapture day dawn

Bright eternal more

Then for ever we shall be

With you completely

Help us to gather in

Your harvest, an no sin

Bide in your presence

      Heehee thanks Neville. I got more for ya: e'er, ne'er, whate'er. I gotta save these syllables ya know, or else the lines don't fit! Evermore is 3 syllables; e'er more is only 2 syllables. Either that, or the 'v' is missing from me keyboard.
      A poetry publisher got fussy cos I used poetic 'alway' and not 'always'. I couldn't be fussed with them and said goodbye to them!

        AN AWESOME HYMN : UNCLE STEVE : Both tune & lyric ! ANGELA here (11:30 am) just enjoyig the Winter Sun (14C) in NZ ! I hear EUROPE is having a heatwave (40 + F = 100 + C !) its all the fault of BREXIT ! Love the POEM also : We all need GODS love & Protection - AMEN

          Thanks B&A. Yes, it's my fault too - not meeting the PM over coffee at a near-ish church to me! Fido says it's not gone above about 26C in our part of the UK. That's warm enough! We might 'cook' today though.
