SerenWise

You're like the freshest summer's eve,

The green scent heady in the air,

The damp blue whispers in the shadows

Entice me to the grey wolf's lair.

My love cannot be found in words,

But I see you everywhere I look,

I hear your laughter in my dreams,

I read you in every open book.

When the forest murmurs in hushed voices

It has only ever breathed your name,

And when the world around me ever changes,

You're the only thing that stays the same.
