I dedicate these thoughts

Poetic Dan

In my arms I am holding them both
Resting across them I dedicate these thoughts

The kick from our light blessing
Reminds me of evening coming

Knowing now what a father means
Providing truth upon my tongue

To honor the responsibility I've begun
Growing with another soul from day one

Learning how to keep this respect of love
Acknowledging it's within each one of us

It's a reflection of my inner environment
To understand you, I must know myself

To help all grow, I must search for growth
If I wish for no fear, none can be on my shelf

I'm now fully in control of my desires, I am careful with every thought that transpires

Life is like music, we should know what cords we are playing. As life dances along to the tune we are vibrating.

    Dan,

This exceptional poem has shown me how much you’ve learned and have grown so wise! I am ecstatic for you! You’re becoming such a great dad! Your children are blessed to have you as their dad and you are blessed to be given this opportunity to show them how proud you are to be their dad!
You do know what chords you’re playing and you’re playing them well! To be given such a gift to grow ‘with another soul from day one’ is a blessing and an opportunity that you will not squander! You have learned how precious life is and I’m happy you’ve been given this new gift of a life that you’ll love and nourish with all your might!

I definitely won't squander and after a 3 hour breastfeeding class this evening, I understand so much more!
This time around I am so prepared, I'm still learning and giving advice. I would never of thought I could feel wise but after your comfort. I'm playing my cords well 😉
      Always appreciated

A wonderful read - your words echo to the feeling of growth Dan - - keep going that way and peace you will win.

Yes that peace is mine and each time I see it fade, I know it will always come back my way!

Thank you so much and please to be here with you!
          Have a fantastic day

Such wonderful words Dan. The chords that you are now playing are all in the major keys, no minor ones anymore. Your child will grow into a wonderful person as you will be able to guide that child in a loving way that is full of light. The darkness that was in your life has now been consigned to history.

Thank you so much my friend and a super comment to start my day off!
            History it will stay!

I echo all the comments from others here today Dan. Ahead are some trying times, for a young baby can be such a demanding and unsettling presence in the home. Please make sure you take time to be yourself and should frustrating times arise for you, remind yourself of what you have written today... they are fine words of fine intent from a soul who worships life and his part in it.

I'm not a star trek fan but spock used to have a marvellous phrase which i'd say to you.. "Live long and prosper!"

I've tried 3 times to say thank you my friend and each time it failed to load, hopefully this one will work now I've said it!

Always appreciated and thank you for the echo with a brilliant ending.
If and when the wobbles occur, I shall come back to these words.

May life bring you the same my friend
