The Curious Nature of Adoration

SerenWise

Words are so cheap,

Just scrawlings on paper,

Tappings on a keyboard,

Symbols in the ether.

Spoken words are truer,

But still hold no riches;

I can try to paint pictures

In the shimmering air -

Words glitter like jewels,

They're precious, it's true,

But there are no words

Which can aptly describe you.

Your beauty is priceless,

And my love is voiceless;

With no solid beginning,

And no certain end,

It is viceless, and timeless, and true.

    Those words are so meaningful as your love shines through them.
