I (BRIAN) chose this theme because last night we had a CHURCH NIGHT

at the local CURRY HOUSE.  If you*re looking for a CHURCH best to  choose

one with a Monthly Curry Night ~ Hot Gospel !  The reason I posted an American

Menu was because it featured two of the dishes I chose ! A Chicken Tikka

Masala and an Alloo Gobi (Cauliflower & Potato) and Rice and Nan Bread !

The starter wa Papadoms with five dips. The price for Starter ~ Main ~ Veggie

side ~ Rice & NAN was £12 ($16) which is a good price in the UK. There were

25 of us and a good time was had by all !  Love BRIAN  🧡 🧡 🧡

Thank God, that was my night off and I didn't have to cook.

I do so enjoy cooking, Indian, Western, BBQ, Italian, but even more I enjoy cuisine of the world.

Thanks for your kind comments SURESH ~ I hope I got my vocabulary correct ! For an ENGLISHMAN like myself ~ with a MILD pallete ~ I am learning the heat of the dishes KURMAS are always mild ! In SPANISH we have two words for HOT when describing FOOD ! CALIENTE for TEMPERATURE and PIQUANTE (piquant) to describe the intensity of the SPICYNESS ! In English we just use the ONE WORD ~ *HOT* which can be confusing ! In Indian Restaurants in the UK they use MILD (Kurmas) MEDIUM SPICEY (Bhunas) or HOT (Vindaloo !) Sometimes they denote these with ONE CHILLI ~ TWO CHILLIS ~ THREE CHILLIS ~ We have been warned ! Pleased you enjoyed the Presentation !

      Blessings & Peace ~ BRIAN 🧡🧡

Thanks UNCLE STEVE ~ Yes indeed ! Although an OCTGENARIAN FRIEND of ours (he lives in an aquarium !) says all Seniors (65+) should have at least one *HOT CURRY* a week ! He claims it clenses the BOWEL I call it the TROTZ ! Pleased you enjoyed the PRESENTATION ! Suresh Enjoyed it so we must have gotten our vocabulary correct !

A word of warning ~ never feed CURRY to FIDO !!!!!

Thanks B&A. You got that vocabulary right? Sounds like constabulary. And furthermore, why am I talking rubbish?! lol. I might go to a Foodie Show, but have to steer clear of any non-plain foods!

I too enjoy Indian food (plus any other food that is set before me).
My passion is cooking and I have cooked worldwide recipes but my favourite food is Italian. Saying that though my favourite meal is steak and kidney pudding using suet pastry.

SORRY UNCLE ANDY ~ I sent a Comment (not a Reply) again ! Please check BRIAN ~ OK !

Thanks UNCLE ANDY ~ Angela & I like sharing Indian Food (as I did on Thursday !) round big table with lots of Table Chat and banter ! It also gives on a chance to sample a NEW dish or flavour ! All e Italian Food & Wine is good but it is better in situ because it is very regional especialy the symbiosis of the Local Food & Vino. Bothe Angela & I prefer our Steak *Cooked* rather than Raw or Rare ! For us the texture (organoleptic quality) of steak in S & K puddings & pies is perfect ! Angela & I are Members of a *Good Grub & Winsome Wine* Club we meet once per Month (in each others houses) and also New Restaurants to suss them out ! We have about 16 members (mainly Couples) and have an attendance of 8 to 12 most months. While ANGELA has been in NZ my Parents have hosted for me on two occasions ! DAD does the Starter ~ Cheese & Wine and MUM and I take care of the Main & Sweet ! None of us are Vegans or Veggies but we do email a menu out a week in advance as people do have Fish Allergies etc ! I do send Angela a COPY so she can be with us in Spirit ! We have a rule that the food cannot be critqued at the table but we do have an amiable post-dining discussion over the Port & Cheese & Coffee !

Blessings & Peace & Joy to YOU & JOYCE
