Invoke the Almighty in your hour of need
Let us make only two wishes, that
If granted, be those of knowledge and death

The former, while we must live
Be constructive, and of ourselves give
The latter, the departure of our soul
At its earliest, join the almighty fold

    Thanks SURESH for sharing an interesting ODE ! SOLOMON chose Wisdom which is Applied Knowledge. WISDOM is something we are encouraged to Pray for.
    Those ~ I have met ~ who feel they have an Assurance of a Place in Paradise ~ were paradoxically not too anxious to get there ~ but rather to remain on Earth to the Age of 70+ ~ not to earn their Salvation ~ but to serve their GOD on Earth !
