Yesterday I read theses words "peace on earth, begins at birth" what a beautiful understanding that is.
I've spent the last few days hearing all of my negative waves, those feelings of frustration and out of control.
Redirecting the "what if" or the "I've had enough" is now bringing attention to all the negative stuff.
When I'm talk about work a passion of confidence can be heard, when I'm writing my emotions no cussing occurs.
Yet on the other side I am very fearful to say what I know, in the moments of unbalance I'm quick to use a very unclean flow.
The part of me that writes is the part that I'd like to run this show, so the passion and pride I feel from work will never go.
As I continue to absorb the lessons another new life is giving me, I have to remind myself that every soul went through this.
Every mother was given the gift to control, understand, synchronise with their bodies and minds.
Every father was given the gift to absorb with our souls, providing the energy to feel safe to let go.
We all play a role in this tiny, big world. Change is inevitable so create yours well
Maybe then we'll all understand life is the plan.

It seems you are very much aware of the ying and yang inside you. The positive and the negative influences.
Now you are conscious that the positive must defeat the negative and the battle is on. Dan, in this respect you are not alone. Everybody has to come to terms with this need to control ones energy. It is an ongoing battle. But sooner or later you get an amazing buzz from the positive thing you just did and it encourages you to do more.... each time you'll get a buzz, a good feeling and it leads to the remarkable - you get a buzz out of just being you and how people treat you.
You are well on your way.

As we go through life we learn and you are learning quickly that the positives always outweigh the negatives.
