Care now supports her
My life I now live alone
But never lonely.

- Comment from author about the poem: My wife went into permanent residential care yesterday as I can no longer give her the care that she now requires. It is a great place she is in and I will see her regularly - my love will never die. Life is now changing but it is for the better as shown in the video. A longer poem will be put on the here tomorrow.

Needing time to take things in - and for us fellow-poets too...…. a sort of bereavement, and yet not a bereavement.....
Very true Orchi, but time heals.
ANGELA HERE (BRIAN IS AT WORK !) Hi Uncle ANDY thanks for sharing video. The piano is an infinite instrument and even @ 31 I am still having lessons and taking advice !
Your Poem & comments about Yourself & Joyce are very encouraging to BRIAN & I. We support you in our QUIET THOUGHTS every day and know you will find inner strength day by day. You are a great example to US of True & Enduring LOVE : AMEN

Thank you Angela. Yes our love will never die.
So sorry to hear things are changing Andy but I get your Senryu. Because of the love that you share you may live alone but you'll never be lonely. Joyce is in my prayers.--Christina
Thank you so much Christina your prayers are much appreciated.
I am going to put another poem on the site today that explains more about how I feel.
I don't know why I only said she was in my prayers---you both are!!
Andy,
Your love for one another will never die! It will be forever and ever! It is for the best for both of you! Taking care of someone 24/7 is extremely demanding! I see it with my Aunt. Each day she becomes more dependent on me. She demands to stay in her home and be taken care of by a family member! I’m trying my best to fulfill her wish!
Now you’ll have a chance to take good care of yourself mentally and physically! Each time you visit Joyce it will be like going on a date!
I will keep her in my prayers each and every day...and I’ll envision you with your music, smiling and writing your poetry!
My love to Joyce and to you!
~Laura~
Thank you so much Laura. Your conclusions are so true mind you I had never thought of when I visit Joyce it would be like a date - what a great idea.
Thank you once again.
