Joel 2 v.17-27 parts

When you do return to the LORD
Now hear His living word
He shall say, Fear not land, be glad
No longer now be sad
Be glad, rejoice in Him, O land
For He by His good hand
Will do great things, and so fear not
Pleasant shall be your lot
Be not afraid, you beasts of field
The land will to you yield
Plenteous supply, you shall live
And creation thanks give
For pastures of the wilderness
Do spring, the LORD will bless
Them, and the tree does bear her fruit
Fig tree, vine, follow suit
Be glad then, you the LORD's people
Trusting you shall not fall
Rain He shall give in each season
Love for you the reason
The threshing-floors shall full of wheat
Be, you shall be replete
Too with the vats of oil and wine
Plenty of food, drink fine
The LORD He will to you restore
The barren years, no more
Shall the locusts(1) eat and impair
But there enough to share
And too He will the cankerworm(2)
Remove, His promise firm
And caterpillar(3), palmerworm(4)
Army he did confirm
Did them confirm to sweep across
The land, it suffered loss
But now they gone, you shall eat full
Satisfied, praise Him all
The LORD He shall deal wondrously
His blessings they shall see
They shall Him know, their God for sure
Be unashamed e'ermore

Thanks for sharing UNCLE STEVE ! Love the tune ~ very Military (Marching ?) love the words and gthe informal *Open Buffet* Communion ~ we call that an AGAPE = LOVE FEAST.

Just as LIGHT always overcomes DARRKNESS So GOD destroys LOCUSTS (all varieties) and restores the LAND which the Locusts have eaten ! The Prophetical Books of the BIBLE are awesome !
