Look, Lord upon us, shine your face
Help us discern your grace
And your sure mercies still to trace
Displayed to every race
Whether in joy or pain we be
May we constructively
Look to you, as you look to us
Through your Son, He Jesus
Show us your light where way seems dark
Or dim or gloom or stark
To progress in your way, your plan
For each child, woman, man
You come to us, revive, restore
We of ourselves be poor
But riches true in you are found
Praises to you redound
Guide us, O Lord, where confused we
And unsettled may be
Your life, your love, still do reveal
To follow, do your will
None worthless nor excluded, you
Have plan for each, and do
Work in us, and we here work out
Your plan, not fear nor doubt
