Tune: Woodlands
('Tell out my soul')
********
Great God of all, come to our help we pray
Give strength and health for matters of each day
By your Spirit within us be our guide
So trusting you, may we in you confide
To show of Christ to each we encounter
Evangelise some way, that their hearts stir
To seek to know, or seek to grow in you
The image of your Son, holy and true
Lead us on, high and low, to journey's end
Always the grace of your Spirit us send
We temples of His dove-like presence sweet
Humbly adoring, we fall at your feet
Your presence ever with us and within
Your Spirit abides, you forgive our sin
Thus your servants, enabled by your power
Follow you on life's path through every hour
Lord you know, see, expressions of all hearts
Nothing hidden from you, you know all parts
Help us to know your will, what shall you please
You who do save us, blessings sure are these
Give to us light where we dark, heavy be
Grant us what we need to your way clear see
Holding to you, for you to us e'er hold
Until in glory all your ways [are] full told

This is a very well constructed hymn poem Orchidee.... it looks great on the page and it seems to flow well when I run through it in my head..... Neville
Thanks Neville. I may have called it 'Progressing Perseveringly' but I think I did a poem of that title already.
tis easy to forget.... I once wrote one called You will never forget me ten times and I cant remember any of them or who they were about....
Good one Orchi, and a great tune.
Thanks Gold.
