Tune: Heinlein
('Forty days and forty nights')
Psalm 38 v.16-22 parts
*********
Hear me, Lord, lest enemy
Should gloat and rejoice o'er me
They ready for me to fall
Hoping I will slip or fall
Yet I am in my distress
Ready here to fall no less
I sorrow continually
When will my help, release be?
I will now declare my sin
Come, forgive me, cleanse within
For my sin I be sorry
From my sadness set me free
My enemies they are strong
They trouble me all day long
They with evil good repay
Yet I will follow your way
Lord, forsake me not, I pray
Draw near to me night and day
Make haste t ohelp me, you be
My salvation constantly

only if one is truly sorry might they be allowed to forgive themselves...
failing that..... there is always karma to look forward to..... N
Thanks N. Excuse me being facetious (quite a long word there!) - Who is karma?! (I wish I would shut up sometimes. lol).
try Google and I aint talkin cricket...
Once realizing your error, and becoming responsible is all that is necessary
Thanks Suresh.
I made a terrible error which was, at the time, beyond my control. It was all about allowing myself as a child to be brainwashed into believing i needed to worship a god because i should fear him.
I saw the duplicity and backed away from the eerie men in dresses who had so mislead me.
Well I agree that there are some eerie men in dresses. The 'fear' here is 'reverence and awe'.
Good one Orchi.
Thanks Gold.
Very nice Orchidee. I am in awe of how you make these everyday!----C
Thanks C.
