And They Called Her Iris

Neville

And They Called Her Iris

As a rainbow she appeared
And then as one

They each fell
Hopelessly in love with her

One upon one, upon one

Upon one
Until all her beauty

Was revealed
And then they named her Iris

Ah - my favourite shade is violet
and thanks for the info. on such a lovely Greek Goddess. Well maybe her beauty was revealed but that Iris used her tints of change to her own advantage methinks --- A tale told expertly as an intriguing weekend read but I then expect no other than alluring mystery from thee mon ami............... If this is what you come up with when you give up, maybe you should give up more often and let the creative juices flow, and flow and flow some more
