Tonight is one of those nights

One of the nights where i lie awake

Trying to understand what has been bothering me

What has been weighing on my shoulders so heavily

What has been forcing me into having such thoughts as the ones i try so hard to hide away

Stressed for reasons i cannot explain

Hurt with no bruises  to show for it

Words i have built up to speak but cant seem to open my mouth

Unfamiliar emotions

I cant seem to be at peace
