Finding Neverland

Soaring low

Flying high

high above

The sleeping city of London

We found ourselves

Following the second star

To the right

I don’t want to grow up,

I don’t want to grow old

I want to stay in my childhood

Forever

Father says I need to

Sop filling my head

With stories

Mother agrees

Stories are for children

Make believe is for children

But, I don’t want to grow up

Growing up means not believing,

Not believing in magic

Or fairies

But, I do

I do believe in magic

I do believe in fairies

All it takes

Is a bit of

Pixie dust

And happy thoughts

Peter Pan,

Tinkerbell

And the Lost Boys

Captain Hook,

The Darlings

I don’t want to leave

This place they call

‘Neverland’

Father says,

All children must grow up

But, I don’t want to grow up,

I don’t want to grow old

All children grow up

Except one

Thanks for sharing KATIE ~ Another awesome tribute to one of Literatures most amazing FANTASIES ~ PETER PAN. WE all wanted to FLY FREE (like Birds) when we were Young and @ 31 & 35 Angela & I still do. It would save over ยฃ1000 getting to New Zealand & Back via Singapore & Los Angeles ! First time I (BRIAN) flew nonestop to Sydney Australia it was like I was flying ! Do you get that impression sometimes when you Fly by Plane ? In the news today is a French Man who has flown the English Channel on a Hover Board in 20 minutes ~ sound like FUN ! Being on a Hover Craft is more like flying to us ~ than on a Plane ! Please dont ever grow up ~ becaus then you do really grow OLD !

    Blessings & Peace & Joy
    Yours BRIAN & ANGELA ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿงก
