Walking Home.

Goldfinch60

There I was last night

Walking home,

Lost in thought.

I was heading passed the cemetery.

Three young girls were in front of me,

Chatting,

Looking frightened.

They said they were scared,

Scared to walk passed the cemetery,

Could they walk with me.

I said of course you can,

I can understand how you feel,

I too used to be scared

Scared of walking passed the cemetery,

When I was alive.

Ahh, so I took the lead. if you took command, you may have uttered the fateful words...….(we know what they were!). But I said them, and mucked it all up.
Time to plan for the 953rd anniversary yet?!

He he he, reminds me of a story Vincent price told when he sat behind three young girls in a cinema watching one of his old horror movies. At the movies end he leant forward placing his head between two of them and in his famous horror voice asked "Well, did you like it?"
Needless to say they ran off screaming.
