I like to SAIL on a SATURDAY !
SUNDAY is for Worship and Relaxation !
Unlike the UK - One can sail every day
Real Ocean Sailing in Auckland NZ
Every Family has a Boat of some sort !
Those of you who are RETIRED - plenty LEISURE - But
I suspect to late - for some - for Ocean Sailing ?
Myself & Brian now travel & enjoy sport ..........
Extensively - while we are still Young & Single !

We are conscious that for Millions of People in the World
just existing is a 24/7 struggle and they have little or no
Leisure Time or opportunity to travel outside their own
Village. The majority in the UK & the USA have Leisure
Time and surplus income to travel and enjoy it ! When
Brian & I travel to Developing Countries we are very
conscious that many Families live below subsistence
level. We do support them financially especially to improve
Health and Educational Opportunities for Children !
Brian & I do important work in our Communities - Vocational
Education and Physiotherapy - which allows us to both enjoy
our Leisure Time and support those less fortunate.

I would like to go sailing someday. It looks really fun. ...then again so did white water rafting and that did not go so well for me. Still, you live, and you learn. It is good to sometimes try new things.

Thanks DION - ANGELA HERE - Thanks for you comment ! Brian & I are good swimmers so we enjoy all types of Water Sports. White Water Rafting & Canyoning is very popular in NEW ZEALAND as is BUNGEE JUMPING into water Sailing is our number one Water Sport and the bigger the Craft the Better. We have crewed on Tall Ships (as shown in the Video) that is the ultimate Sailing Experience and very Safe ! Florida is a good US State for Sailing because it has the biggest Ocean Coastline of any State ! In ESSEX (UK) we have a Christian Sailing Centre for Teenagers ~ AWESOME !

I do not see myself bungee jumping any time soon. I will leave that up to you and Brian. Still, I to love the water.
Oohh, I got me yacht in the UK - or barge - at the bottom of me garden. Me home backs on to a Canal. Well, I know a friend whose home does so. Erm, it's rather a disused Canal now though. I think they do paid barge tours though.
Thanks UNCLE STEVE - BRIAN & I have been Bargeing on the UK Canals ! Great fun especially the ubiquitous locks. We have also been cruising on the Rhine & the Danube which is a different *Kettle of Fish* altogether. We are fortunate to have some spare time (and spare income) to enjoy our Leisure Time. One day we hope to be able to afford a Yatch of our own ! There is nothing better than *Mucking about on the River*. Essex is not far from the Norfolk Broads and Brian is on NB Boat trip today with his Church - He tells me - Weather is set to be fair ! Pity about the Weather for the ENGLAND / OZ Test !

You are very lucky that you get to go sailing...I remember when I used to have access to a yacht and I would go fishing a lot....miss those days!
Hola Christina Nuestra Hermana Bella. Gracias por tu commentario ! ANGELA aqui ! Your State has lots of shoreline so there is no excuse for not Sailing. Sea & Lake Fshing is also good Sport and you also get your Supper ! Essex has a large Sea Coastline so Brian & I get a chance for some Sailing ! There is a Sailing Club @ Brians College and also the Hospital so we dont need to buy our own Yatch. there is also a Christian Sailing Centre where we volunteer and can help the Teens Spiritually and with their Sailing !

GRACIAS ANGELITA MIA Y MUY PRECIOSA ! A me gusta tua poema acrostica muy buen. I am pleased you can enjoy your favorite Sport Sailing ~ every Month of the Year in Auckland. As you know we have excellent opportunities to sail on the Essex Coast (without buying a Yatch) but only March to November ! Maybe when we start our Family ~ we will have to emigtare to Auckland for a THOUSAND reasons.! Its a pity youll be back in Essex just as the sailing Season ends ~ thats fate ! When I encouraged you to go to NZ I knew it was the best place in the WORLD for Sport & Leisure. ! The KIWIS are a hard nut to crack @ any Sport. My NZ Friends all tell me *You make a very good KIWI !*

GRACIAS POR TU COMMENTARIO - OSO GRANDE MIO ! Yes I do love to sail Brian - thank you for encouraging me to come to NZ on a Work Exchange. I have loved every minute of it - Especially the opportunity of *All Year Round* Sailing ! However much as I enjoy sailing - I would willingly never sail again - as long as I can always be with you ! Your presence by my side is much more satisfying than any Sport ! Howeer - while we are 11,500 miles apart I will go out on the water as often as possible ! Thanks for understanding !

In my 47 years and one month of my working life I only worked so that I could enjoy my leisure time outside work and now retirement is mine life is wonderful.
THANKS UNCLE ANDY ~ ITS SOMETHING FOR ANGELA & I TO LOOK FORWARD TO IN 39 YEARS TIME ~ GOD WILLING ! In our Church and other Voluntary Organisations a lot of the ancilliary work is done by Pensioners and lots of Granparents I know mind their G-Children to enable their Daughters & Daughters-in-law to eran a crust to augment the family income. So many of the Pensioners I know are Happier & less stressed but still busy - busy - busy !

Thanks FRIEND ~ We were both taught by our Parents to set aside at least 10% of our net income for the Work of the Church and for Specific Charities. This is our practice now and will be when we get married in 2020. Thanks for your commendation !
