Tune: St Bees
('Hark my soul, it is the Lord')
********
To you Lord, you bid us come
Open to all, not just some
Here to share Communion feast
Invite to greatest and least
Eating, drinking, remembrance
Your presence here we do sense
Bread and wine, rich gifts, fine fare
By your grace we may them share
For they speak of the price paid
For our sins, your life down laid
You who lived, died, rose again
You the Saviour of all men (mankind)
Other help I none can find
Nor mercies trace as so kind
Strengthened by you, may we go
You Lord unto others show
Thanks and praise here be your due
Yet we wish to worship you
From us accept humble prayer
We your sheep under your care

Good words Orhi but a you know I am at odds with the idea of Christianity at present.
Thanks Gold.
I must confess, I find the idea of communion fascinating...
