Plenty ~ But PESSIMISTS say ~ the Glass is Half Empty ! ~ Its
The way we look at LIFE ~ Nightmares or pleasant Dreams
Its an attitude we*re born with ~ Which
Means ~ its all in the JEANS ~ So it seams !
I was born on a Bright September Morn ~ MY
STAR SIGN says I am VIRGO ~ ergo Im an OPTIMIST
Through lifes turn & twist and push & pull
So I live ~ life to the the FULL ~ Im never ever never GLUM or DULL !

Thanks J44 for an encouraging comment. Ive been an OPTIMIST for 35 years and it has served me well so far. ANGELA is a tad more cautious so I know (being an Optimist !) we will make an excellent PARTNERSHIP when we are married next year ~ AMEN ! HOLA BRIAN - El Mio OSO GRANDE ! Gracias por esta Poem a Me gusta ! Yes you are the ultimate OPTIMIST and its just as well Im a bit more cautious or we would be living in a Tree House in Mexico and sailing round the World in a Catamaran ! But I LOVE YOU and we must have dreams when we are still young enough to enjoy them. I am very very OPTIMISTIC abut our FUTURE and despite the fact that N Island NZ is like Paradise - I am now ready to come HOME. I am so pleased you are coming to get me as RUTH is leaving in September (she is now getting married in November so I will be able to be a Bridesmaid !). It will be excellent to be able to say GOODBYE to all our Maori & Kiwi friends TOGETHER and they are planning a Pre-wedding FIESTA for us - Amen !

ITS THE BEST ATTITUDE DA ~ There are too many miserable Burghers in the World. We all have a HAPPY GENE ~ some choose not to exercise it ! I have five Staff working for me FOUR are Optimists ! The one I inherited is the Pessimist. Optimism is very important in Teaching & Research and (rightly or wrongly) I always employ Optimists !

Even with the recent problems that Joyce is going through life is glorious.
That's what happens when you get a second chance at it.
GOOD MORNING UNCLE ANDY ~ You are always an inspiration to ANGELA & I ! I am enjoying the good weather as I dont have to go into work every day ~ just for enrolment and checking MAIL etc. I am also responsible for an Allotment and An Animal House and a Microbiology Lab. I have Loyal Staff (Academic & Technicians). Both of my Techicians are being supported on an OU Degree and a Teaching Course ~ they are very OPTIMISTIC !
Pleased you are seeing that your loving arrangements for JOYCE and the support of Your Family are giving you a SECOND CHANCE and You are Counting Your Blessings ~ sounds OPTIMISTIC to Me !
