I knew I was right!
All my adult life I said so
And now they have proved it again!
Every year or so that prove it,
Prove that it is so good for you.
It is so good to know,
To know that I am right,
And that red wine is good for you.

There's a piano in a shopping Mall in town. Hope no one plays if I'm there. I will only sing along to it! Arrggh!

ANGELA here - Good Morning UNCLE ANDY - Just relaxing (8pm Thurs) after a hard days PHYSIOING ! Love the video - some people are born Pianists ! An easy instrument to master (all the notes are there in B & W !) an impossible one to conquer ! Love these Pianos in Rail Stations etc and I can never resist playing a Little Latin Dance Music and get everybody Moovin' an' Groovin' ! Love JAZZ PIANO ! Mi PAPA is so so pleased about all the positive publicity about RED WINE (we all know RIOJA is the BEST !). His sales are increasing just in time to pay for my Wedding (JOKE ?). Thanks for sharing you posts are always a DELIGHT @ NIGHT when I get to read them.

I am restricted to only one a day - HIC!!!!
I too do not have more than one a day - you were talking about bottles I assume!
I haven't had a glass of red (my fav is cabernet sauvignon) since my stomach op last year. I do long for a glass sometimes. Or a decent chateau neuf du pape with a really good cheese.
Nearest i allow myself these days is a good bottled beer.
I hope u feel a smug satisfaction with each glass your raise in future my friend.
Satisfaction is always there when the pop of the cork allows the wine to breathe, the sound of the wine gently flowing into the glass fills me with happiness but it is not a patch on the wonder of that first taste as the wine coats my mouth with the magnificent flavour until I spit it out - ITS CORKED!!
Yes that article made it clear that red wind is good for the heart - - and other places I imagine too Andy - cheers my dear friend and thank you muchly for the fab.piano playing - so cleverly gifted eh ?
Yes Fay it was a good report but probably next week there will be a report saying it is bad for you - I will ignore that one though.
