The BIBLE doesn*t proscribe ~ How often ~ How ~ When ~ Why or
Where we should PRAY ! It just says we should be in Prayer Mode
24/7amd ready at ALL TIMES to PRAY with PEOPLE and for PEOPLE
and situations. We have a PRAYER DIARY ~ to remind US to PRAY
specifically for specific People on specific PEOPLE on specific days
when they have a specific need such as an Operation or a Court
Case etc. In our Evangelical Church we have a Prayer Chain where
designated Members have a list of Members who they can Phone
and inform them ofspecific needs for Prayer ! A while ago a Friend
of ours was holding a BBQ to support a Village Church in Africa. We
all prayed about it and £4500 was raised in an afternoon ! GOD does
HEAR and HE does ANSWER our PRAYERS ~ AMEN ! A & B 🧡💙🧡

A fine write B&A. We can say 'arrow prayers', short, small prayers, even if we can't all be Wesleys or Luthers, spending 3 hours in prayer before brekkie!
Thanks UNCLE STEVE ~ Our Prayer Life is a sacred thing between US & God. Angela & I have different Prayer strategies but we both follow the injunction *Pray without Ceasing* so we are in an attitude of Prayer 24/7 ! I love Mother Theresas Prayer and we have long thought that *God uses us to answer our OWN PRAYERS !* So if we pray for Brother & Sister Jones GOD gives us an incentive (urge ?) to go and visit them ! We become Gods Angels ~ Just as Mother Theresa was !

Prayer is the fix for those in the belief of prayer. Some religions which are equally as valid as christianity do not use prayer out side of ceremony.
If richualised prayer morning noon and night does something for a believer then that is wholesome and good for the individual.
Prayers of necessity though often more rewarding for the individual whether they be a believer or member or follower in the convention of any church or not. For there is a god, however we perceive them to be, and we can reach out for guidance and solace.
Thanks DA fo your very full and interesting reply ! ANGELA and I are both practising CHRISTIANS so PRAYER is an integral part of each day. There is nothing ritualised about our Prayer life (and I did not mean to imply that). It is logical for a Christian to begin and end the DAY with Prayer ! However things develop in the MORNING (@ work - phone call - a letter - something on TV or in the Paper - that calls for Prayer. Hence a Prayer @ Noon (in the Lunch break !). Prayer is just sharing the UPS & DOWNS of life with GOD - anytime & anywhere !

HOLA CHRISTINA - ANGELA HERE (8:30 am Monday Morning !) Pleased you enjoyed the Presentation ! Those of us - who are committed Christians - get a great deal of Spiritual Reassurance through PRAYER - For Brian & I it lifts our BURDENS and eases our pain of separation ! I was taught as a Child that :
1. GOD always hears our Prayers
2. GOD always answers our Prayers - in many diferent ways !
3. HE may say YES or NO or perhaps WAIT we have to be able to discern the ANSWER ? We had a talk on Sunday about *PRAYING INTELLIGENTLY* Knowing Peoples needs and praying with them & for them - AMEN
