Do I write to forget, or do I write to remember.
Either way, I'm so glad it's September!
On the 7th of this month my grandmother passed way
Her spirit left the vessel and ascended from our play
Forever in my heart, the love for her will stay
Forever showing me, how to be cheeky everyday
Life is ment for living, all in our own unique way
To not let things affect me, let be whatever will be.
Knowing when the next grandchild gets here, you'll still be holding her through my tear.
Nearly three years you was bedridden, dementia took your mind
At least now you're free, no longer stuck in time

Beautiful tribute to a loved soul, now freed from earthly toil and pains to continue a spiritual path whatever that be.
Super picture of grandmother Dan, showing her caring smile. She does look like the picture of the lovely grandmother we all could wish for. I never met mine.
I'm sure that the good things she showed you are there inside you and will last in you long after you have passed them onto your own grandchildren.

coinciding with Grandmothers passing your poem about her fits perfectly into anyones heart. You reveal yourself, yet again, in order for love, peace and underdtanding to take place and you have put your heart in the right place. I lost my brother-in-law to cancer ,13th September 2018 so there will be tears flowing over the next week. Thank you for sharing how you are dealing without Grandma around...
Thank you my friend they move on and we have to continue to learn that lesson of love. Even though she made until the end, when many I know lost at the beginning. You can't help but shed that tear, knowing we all eventually get there.
