STUART HAMBLEN was a DJ on the USA West Coast and when
he got converted he threw a Big Party which was attended by
many Stars including JOHN WAYNE. John said to Stuart ~ *YOU
sure have changed* and Stuart replied *IT IS NO SECRET WHAT
GOD CAN DO !* John said thats a Hell of Good Title for a SONG !
Stuart went home & wrote it and SANG it the next day on His
Radio Programme ! It was a big success recorded by many
Stars. It was a No.1 in the UK ~ sung by JO STAFFORD ~ AMEN

ANGELA HERE (7:45pm Sunday) We do understand your situation Uncle ANDY and you are always in our thoughts. I deal with HEAD INJURY PATIENTS and their Loved Ones (Christians & Non-Christians) feel the loss just as much as you do ! I can resotore (to a certain level) their mobility & psychomoter skills but I cant restore their minds - and that is very painful. On one level recognising that you have always done (and still do) your best for Your Beloved Joyce you have some PEACE. On the other hand there is still some BITTERNESS - Why JOYCE - Why US ? Our Prayer for you is always for INNER PEACE - AMEN

A faith-inspiring write B&A, or can be. We know it can be easy for some to say this, when all is cosy and nice. Not to infer this is your situation.
Meanwhile - A prayer never answered - well, answered 'No' - 'Please stop Orchi singing!' It's been prayed by millions. heehee.
ANGELA HERE - NEARLY 9am Monday Morning - First Clinic 11pm. Brian & I have worked hard so we have good worthwhile Jobs which we enjoy and eran a crust as well. Our Prayers do all get heard & answered ! But we have to accept GOD's answer ! YES - NO and WAIT etc. We both have a personal & practical Prayer Life. Just like I talk to BRIAN every day (phone or skype) to share & care - I also talk to GOD every day ! We used to parody the chorus by singing *God is still on the PHONE !*. Pleased you were uplifted by the PRESENTATION Great Hymn !

i do find the christian attitude towards people when mentioning god to be somewhat patronising. Christians need to be reminded that they do NOT own god and that their religion is a man made religion which set about murdering and torturing any believers who would not 'do it their way'. Fortunately scriptures and scrolls of the others 'ways' have come to light and show that many aspects of the christian traditions are false. The information is widely available for the enquiring mind. It has been my experience though that those who seem to be entrenched in the christian traditions do not have an enquiring mind.
THANKS FOR YOU COMMENT DA ~ Very interesting ! There are many MAN MADE Religions and their Activities are HUMAN & not DIVINE. Even a DIVINE RELIGION can be infiltrated by UNBELIEVERS who are only concerned with their own interests and not GODS ! CHRISTIANITY has the WORD of GOD the BIBLE which is inspired by GOD for the JEWS first Old Testament = The Old Covenant. Then to the whole WORLD through the New Testament = The New Covenant. The Christian Church accepts the OT & NT (66 books) as the Complete Revelation of GOD to the Human Race and it is PROFITABLE for Doctrine (it tells us what is Right) Reproof (it tells us what is Wrong) Correction (it tells us how to |Right the Wrong) and Instruction in Righteousness (it tells us how to live Right) ! This is why we preach from the BIBLE in Christian Churches and why State Schools in the UK allow the Gideons to distribute copies of the New Testament & Psalms to Year 7 ~11 Year Olds. Aso the GIDEONS place Bibles in Hotels ~ Hospitals ~ Prisons etc. Why because it is the WORD of GOD ! To find the TRUTH we have to understand the BIBLE ~ enjoy the BIBLE ~ share the Truths of the BIBLE and live it out in OUR LIVES ! Thats what ANGELA & I DO and it makes us Better People ~ enables US to do our JOBS better & to live Peaceably with each other & everybody. Trouble is the Blessings of the Application of the teachings of the BIBLE in our everyday lives ~ seems too simplistic for many ~ so they reject it even before they try it. All I can say it works for Angela & I and for hundreds of our Friends who are committed Christians !

The bible is several men;s interpretation of the word of god and his supposed son jesus.... it is NOT the direct word of god. There are other gospels which the established church banned and they also contain contradictory 'word of god' which did not suit the power base of the established christian church so they banned them and killed the followers. All a part of your christian heritage. The anglican church is a man made twist on christian religion brought about by the needs of Henry 8th. The biggest christian church on the planet the roman catholic church is the wealthiest organisation on this planet FACT. So much for entering the kingdom of heaven thru the eye of a needle. Many disallusioned christians have, like me, opened their minds a bit further and sought better answers that the failing christain churches can offer. I don't have all the answers but i can see so much rubbish in what the established christian churches offer, and i am by no means alone. Established christian theologists mostly agree but are unable to make the necessary changes because the powers that be will not allow it.
You state you existing belief makes you two "better people", which is plainly twaddle because how would you know if you have not tried something else???? Better than what?. I don't deny that you are good people by the way, so far as i see you are both good people. Christianity did not invent being a "good person" by the way, something which too many christians seem to think they own. There are many ways to be a good person without christianity.
