Tune: Wolvercote
(one tune to 'O Jesus I have promised')
*********
Psalm 130 v.5-6
I wait for you, LORD, my soul waits
I trust you not be late
I wait more than the watchers wait
For morning, their estate
Is to keep guard, watch actively
Your willing servants be
Come to our aid, your grace su show
That more of you we know
Psalm 131 v.2-3
Surely I have behaved calmly
And quietened myself, see
As a child weaned of its mother
So my soul none other
Is, so let all Israel hope in
The LORD, praise Him therein
His temple sure for evermore
Him worship and adore
Psalm 132 v.13-15
For the LORD has Zion chosen
For Him it be the one
The place where He desired to dwell
His habitation, tell
That He is in the midst, abides
Here He rests, He decides
His rest for ever, and those there
In His blessings will share
Psalm 133 v.1-3
Behold, how good and how pleasant
It is gift heaven-sent
For brothers and sisters to dwell
In unity, and well
Shall they fare, for 'tis like the oil
On head of high priest all
It flowed down to his garment too
And as refreshing dew
Psalm 134 v.1-3
Behold, bless you the LORD, all due
Temple night-watchers too
Or daytime, serve him faithfully
To him your praises be
Lift up your hands in sanctuary
And bless the LORD, and He
Who made heaven and earth bless you
Out of Zion anew
