4. Rapid Rocket Inter-City ~ London to NYC 30 mins. (31%)
5. Space Hotels in orbit ! (30%)
6. Aquatic under water highways through TUBES (19%)
7. Inverted SKYSCRAPERS ~ built UNDERGROUND (16%)
8. Virtual Multisensory Holidays ~ nil carbon footprint (14%)
9. Direct BRAIN to INTERNET communication (13%)
10. TV & MOOVIES transmitted directly into ones BRAIN ! (9%)
Are you *OPEN* to New Technology ~ as & when available ?
OR do you think we should all go back to NATURE ? !

A lot of this is scary. We may say 'Surely not?' Or would have said it years ago (in 1066 I said it. lol).
God help us that we don't press some wrong button(s) or something, or get into ghastly mutations.
Yet I suppose more things are needed in this, a more technological age.
We've gone mad though in places - a slow lane on a pavement has opened, for mobile phone users. They won't even have to look where they are going, until they get knocked over crossing the road! Doh!

ANGELA HERE (7pm Saturday - Another great day SAILING !) For those of US under 40 we regard the progress of ROBOTS from Mnaufacturing Industry to the HOME & the MARKET PLACE as inevitable and not a MICROCHIP too far ! It is scary and Exhibitions - where ROBOTS are in action - are very scary to the 70*. On said *In a shop I want to be served by a HUMAN & not a mechanical MONKEY* When TRUEMAN pressed a button (to release the ATOM BOMB in 1945) it was the end of CIVILISATION as we knew it ! Since the Milennium the World has gone Mad ! Angela & I (DV) have another 50 or more years to cope with very very rapid Change ! Please pray for us and any Family God may bless us with !

Well I think politics will get in the way of your predictions. There will be more and more poorer people who have no employment thanks to technology thereby placing a burden upon the nations taxes. A revolution of sorts would be probable especially when we consider global warming and the mass exodus from the already poorer nations into our western ecomonies.
Great bit of science fantasy though and i can definitely see the advantages a lot of your predictions provide.
What will we lose though?
ANGELA here (9pm Saturday !) Thanks for a very thoughtful comment as usual ! Brian & I are pleased the KIDS are striking (from School) and marching to combat Climate Change ! They will all be alive in 2090 when conditions will be the worse for the Majority but better (?) for the Minority. Brian & I have Acquiantances who are Financiers in London who can earn in excess of £1 miilion p.a. and live very extravagant Lifestyles ! Brian & I are much more interested in JOB SATISFACTION than Salary ! You hilite the probs of the clash between the HAVES & HAVENOTS and the gap i getting wider. We have seen poverty in Mexico & Africa and it opens our eyes to how little some people HAVE to live on. When I come back to the UK next Month our Joint incomes (from all sources) will be in excess of £75,000 so even in Essex (UK) we are comfortable and will be able to buy a House and start a Family. Our JOBS are secure which is a Blessing and we are Healthy ! Sorry ! To answer your QUESTION we will lose our contact with NATURE & MOTHER EARTH ! Too great a sacrifice ?

ANGELA here (9pm Saturday another day sailing on a Human Crewed Craft !) Someone coined the Phrase *ROBOTS rush in where ANGELS dare not tread*. WE have automatic translators now and Brian & I have spent years trying to perfect our Spanish and other languages. They are talking about a BRAIN IMPLANT which will enable us to understand & speak ANY KNOWN Language (there are about 6000 !) As HUMANS even You & I have limitations and our abilities inevitably lessen as we age ! Robots however can eclipse Humans Physically and as specifically programmed (to play Scrabble or what ever) Mentally ! I have an aim to beat Brian @ English Scrabble and he me @ Spanish. But I could never beat a ROBOT or a ROBOTO @ either because the are born (constructed) with an infinite VOCABULARY which overides the chance in the Game - However I know I*ll beat Brian one day and He knows He will beat me ! ROBOTS destroy SKILL - Ability & Achievement. Waterproof diving robots always score a perfect 10 and they always run sub-two hour Marathons leaving MO etc in second place ! Where is the FUN in that ! Dont tell anyone but NADAL is a ROBOT. They can be programmed to PAINT like TURNER sing like CARUSO and dance like DEBBIE MCGEE so sadly we put our brushes away and become ROBOWATCHERS because sadly we will always UNDERACHIEVE ! Personally we think the best answer to G*O*A* W*R*I*G and R*B*T*C* is back to Nature and the Stone Age and YABBA DABBA DOO !
