Digital Invasion

John Prophet

Right in front
of our
eyes.
We stare.
We stare
at screens.
All day long,
we stare at
screens.
This is new.
This is
different,
like
never before.
Glow of
information
streams,
streams to
our eyes
into our
minds.
Like never
before.
We’re changing.
Information
manipulation.
The mind
 being
reshaped.
Thinking being
altered.
Battle lines
being drawn.
Manipulation
on a
global scale.
Invasion
into our
humanity.
Invasion
into our
souls.
Forces beyond
control.
Invasion!

Although I look at a screen for a time during each day I hope that my ventures in nature’s realm will settle my life back into normality.
    A very true write.

      Hi GF,

“my ventures in nature’s realm will settle my life back into normality.”
That’s the key isn’t it. Flushing our minds of the digital pollutants, getting out and filling our senses with nature!
Thank you for reading my work.
