Joyful tear or two, I'm ready are you?

Poetic Dan

I want to share a tear with you but a joyful one and maybe two.

The moment I waited for what felt like so long, music to ears! Yes an angel sung.

A beautiful squeal to welcome into the world, my world, all existence had begun for a being right then.

In the click of my fingers all possibilities can now play out and I get to stay full time on this roundabout

With that most magical moment right at home, my queen gave me this gift to watch blossom and grow

She still lays in between because there is no need to rush the separation, why would I not admire my 3rd most beautiful creation

The two attempts before unlocking unknown inner doors, we had both agreed we could only do this once more.

There's only so many times you can see the beginning of a desired flame go out, for it then to be locked in the part we share with nobody else!

Now she is here and I get to wake up any moment they need, like a superhero she lights up when I'm near.

This feels like the movies, the boy that's always disliked his birthdays from the age of fourteen, no word of a lie!

Then on my 38th after my marriage broke on my 30th new life spoke, to unite a unit that understands their value and love.

To inspire each other to help create whatever we want, there are no limitations on what can manifest from us

For I truly write this with intention to share my truth, I've laid out my paths to show I gave forgiveness a ago.

Before I even knew her name, I wanted the gift to show the world her flame and it would great to share that with my special day.

Here she is to remind me every day to never give up on your reality, my dragonfly Maarii ready to reflect the dark and the light inside me

Free to be the Iris for all to see!

I'm a man of many talents it has been known, but to be in my presence only you would know

I give you a glimpse but I promise you this nothing is ever as good as what already exists

  • Comment from author about the poem: Got a real writting bug at the moment and loving every bit. All nice and snuggled in my happiness, apparently today is national poetry day. So write what you feel and live it your way,

Your last line contains such an important message to all who are struggling or lost Dan. Because the good is there waiting inside us. It just has to be nudged and then a chink of it's light will be seen.
You, as you well know, are living proof of this. You looked within and, for sake of a good phrase, you saw the light of positivity..... and full bloody marks to ya m8.

I see lotta unhappy ppl write here on mps and each time i say my little mantra.. if only you would look and see.

Thank you so much as your comment and dusk said you both hit the nail on the head. I do feel awkward showing my happiness but I've written something after both of your views and other happening going on in my life.

Thank you again for your precious time

Yes it’s all there right in front of us or right in our back yard ...we travel for miles trying to find it and all we need to do is look inwards or just turn around and...see🌹
