Me

BiBE

As time passes by

I'm closer to wise

Weaker to fight

Stronger to die

Though people come

And people go

Time is calm

And always flow

Time will change me

So let it be

'Cause I won't carry

Things that wary

  • Comment from author about the poem: Sometimes, I wonder why things can't stay in place. It's hard to explain but like a rainbow after the rain go; why won't beautiful stay beautiful?Who's the culprit behind it? I'm just finding someone to blame. Time? Or is it just me?

HI BIBE ~ BRIAN HERE ~ Welcome to MPS a great site ! Thanks for your first Poem ~ elegantly penned and some shrewd observations on TIME ! As time passes we do get WISER and (paradoxically) both sronger & weaker ! We are all influencd by the PEOPLE we meet ! We all change with time ~ SO ~ why worry ! However we can always blame it on TIME when things go WRONG ! Thanks for sharing (and scaring ?) I share this site with Angela (my Fiancee) please check our Poem today *Discovering a New Cave* ~ Thanks ! MPS works by reading & commenting on each others poems ~ OK

    Blessings & Peace & Joy
    Yours Brian & Angela ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿงก

I guess I described Time as an innocent antagonist in a story where Time is just simply doing his job without knowing he's the bad guy. ๐Ÿ˜… I just realised it. It seems like I'm the bad guy who's blaming Time. Thanks for your comment, I really do appreciate it.

      Great opening piece!
      Time...we cant control it,
      Change..We can't avoid it.
      Stay True!

Yes, Time is indeed unbeatable. Yet, still, nothing is impossible.
