Presence Promise

orchidee

Tune: Luckington

('Let all the world in every corner sing')

*******

O Lord, where we at times may faint or fail

Grace will prevail

Help us know you are near

That we trust and not fear

And holding here to you

Through troubles great or few

Let praises sound to bless your name worthy

With hearts firm, free

Whate'er our place in life, help us trust you

And us renew

Give grace in time of need

Good Shepherd do us feed

Keep us in your way sure

And abide evermore

In hearts by your Spirit, come dwell within

Cleanse us from sin

We shall attain, and by your mercies gain

Your love unfeign[ed]

It be showed to us here

Your presence does draw near

So our love to you shown

Who first you us have known

Our Saviour, Lord, continue, leave us not

Thus glad our lot
