A rose-
Who really knows
What lies within
All the circles
It shows-
The beauty of
Petals-
Not having won
Any medals-
The natural
Flow of
The petals
That glow
In the
Sunlight so bright-
Reflecting the dew
That has fallen,
When the rain
Did come
Calling-
The beauty
Within
Reveals a
Pattern without-
That none can
Actually deceifer the
Meaning of a
Rose-
That waits for
Itself to be
Chose-
By the outsider
Who looks on
Wondering
What goes
On
Within
The petals of
That beautiful
Rose..
Nobody really
Knows..

HI KELLY - ANGELA HERE - Thanks for another GEM - ROSES always stir my MUSE as well ! Im so pleased to be HOME and that the NZ Spring has suddenly morphed in ENGLISH Autumn overnight ! Beacause BRIAN is a Church Deacon and we are the Youth Leaders @ the Church we wont cohabit until we*re married ! Im staying with PAPA & MAMA and My Teddies & My Books ! Brian is at Work so Im catching up on MPS ! Love your Poem I think GOD made the ROSE as an infinite Mystery with hidden depths of Aroma & Beauty we can all enjoy but can never fully fathom. When someone dies at the Church we always plant a Rosebush (of their Loved Ones choice) in their Memory we now have about 12 going back 10 Years ! Three have chosen PEACE ! Thanks for sharing & caring ! My POEM today is *England in the Fall*
