Tranquillity is to walk on a mountain path
with mist and snow
and evergreen
Tranquillity is to walk home
where warmth and light
expect you
Tranquillity is to know that
after enduring pain
bliss is there
Tranquillity is
freedom from thoughts
Tranquillity is when
solitude doesn't concern you
when you are there for
yourself
Tranquillity is flow
when you're self-sufficient
Tranquillity is when you are walking through a snowstorm
and stop and stare
at flakes that cover you
as you smile.

Love your POEM on TRANQUILITY it is something we all aspire to but few attain ~ except transiently ! Walking home on a mountain path in the SNOW (see our poem Today !) ~ To know the end of PAIN ~ Freedom from (disturbing) thoughts ~ When you are alone & self sufficient ~ When you are at one with the ELEMENTS (Weather) ! We have known many such tranquil moments which we dont always appreciate at the time ! I ANGELA am a Physio & a Masseuse and my CLIENTS come into my Clinic in TURMOIL and after a massage from my Healings Hands go out TRANQUIL ! Working in the Healing Profession is great Blessing to Me and My Clients !
