EVERYONE HAS THEIR*OWN RIVER OF LOVE* YOU JUST HAVE TO FIND IT !
WE DISCOVERED ~ our own River of Love
By chance ~ one Sunday afternoon ~ walking
Through a Local Wood ~ followed we a Snow White Dove
Ahead of US ~ just as we were talking !

We heard the Brook ~ long before we saw it
Ahead of US ~ just as we were talking
A sweet melodious sound ~ we could not ignore it !

And when we did it had such mystic beauty

To claim the RIVER as our own ~ felt like a DUTY !

A week ago we were versifying on each of us having a
Very Special River. Not long after we met each other
we were walking in the local Woods laughing & talking
and we followed a Snow White Dove ~ who led us to a
Mystic Brook (see picture !) We christened it *OUR
RIVER of LOVE* Its good to be back home ~ with BRIAN
& my Parents & Yesterday we visited our *RIVER OF LOVE*
again and prayed that all would go well with our Wedding
next Year ! Do You have your own *RIVER OF LOVE* ?

I know only of a river in the city called 'River of Life'. It is a project to add in nature and beautifying the city with it. It it a beautiful sight during the night.
I don't have my own river of love.
River, waterfall, sea, ocean...somehow, I don't really associate myself with Water.
Maybe it's because I don't know how to swim.
I don't mind walking under the rain without an umbrella though...because to me, the rain is a blessing.
What came to me is this:
1. When I was reading the poem, it came to me that if I needed blessing...the easiest is to read your poem.
2. Maybe certain things I would not be into it...but I would if someone introduced me to it...someone that would matter.
BRIAN HERE ~ Thanks JOKER for an intersting reply ! Because I was born & bred in Liverpool (A major UK Port) we could all swim @ the age of SIX because we were always in and out of boats ! Angela & I love Swimming & Sailing and she was in her element in Auckland were most people either own or have access to a Yatch ! Thanks for your comment about Blessings ! Angela & I put a lot of effort into each of our Presentations and we trust they will be a blessing to each & everyone who reads them ! We too love torrential Rain ! The WATER CYCLE is one of God*s great purifying ~ and life giving ~ mechanisms for planet Earth ~ AMEN !

Thanks KELLY ~ Pleased you enjoyed our presentation. The analogy of LOVE to a free flowing river is a lovely picture ! Every river has to overcome obstacles in its flow just as true love does ! When Charles & Camilla got married Andrew Motion (Poet Laureate) had to write a Poem (I will post it) He likened their relationship to a Blocked Stream which had broken loose and was now (at the time of the Wedding) flowing freely again ~ an interesting analogy ! Would live to read *Over Yonder* please post ~ thanks. Even though we were 33 & 28 when we met we didint rush to get married and start a Family ! This enabled Angela to spend 15 Months in Auckland (NZ) on a work exchange which she has greatly benefitted from ~ AMEN When we get married in April 2020 we will be 36 & 32 ! Like Harry & Meghan only she was 36 & He was 32. They now (as you know) have a lovely SON ! Angela & I are relieved we are marring into relatively *Normal Families* ! Both Families are very Happy with our forthcoming Nuptuals which is a Blessing especially as Angelas PAPA is a Spanish Wine Merchant (Rioja) !

Yes I love seeing different areas of life through nature and I have also written about life as a glowing river passing over the cobblestones at the bottom changing as it goes...all sounds so wonderful ..much luck and blessings🌹
The sound of running water, whether a stream, a river or a waterfall, touches the soothing nerves somewhere in the depths of the human psyche. So hold on to your River of Love.
