Heartbreak
I thought you was the one from the
start
We got closer and closer till we drifted apart
you cross my mind morning and night you was the light to my
dark
I feel useless without you I know this is the end but wish we could go back to the
Start
I caught the feelings you
threw
You was my bae and I was your
boo
I loved you more then I loved myself
The only thing I cherish is
you
The pain I feel I can’t
describe
It’s like you ripped my heart out and placed it in a vice
looked me in my eyes and squeezed it tight
told me everything will be
alright but you lied cause I’d rather die!
We all make mistakes so we all can relate
all I wanna do is see your
Face
Memories we can’t erase
Nor can I pick up these pieces
From this HEART BREAK.

Good Morning *SS* Brian here ! Welcome to MPS and thanks for your First Poem. It is very well presented but alas with a sad SUBJECT ~ HEARTBREAK ! Im 36 and before I met ANGELA three years ago I had my share of the Ecstasy & Agony of Love ! As a Man (its harder for Ladies ?) my MANTRA has always been *Better to have loved & lost ~ than never to have loved at all !* I have learned someting from all my sometimes painful liaisons ! I trust things will work out better for you *LOVE* is a minefield !
