In Judah is God known, His name
Is great, it e'er the same
And too in Israel, [Jeru]Salem be
His tabernacle, see
For in [Mount] Zion is His dwelling*
He be the Lord and King
There He does break weapons of war
They shall learn it no more
You Lord more glorious, excel
You above mountains, tell
We of your greatness and your might
Enemies flee your sight
You, only you, are to be feared
Who have to us appeared
Who may stand before you when you
Are angry, none can do
You caused your judgements to be heared
From heaven, earth it feared
And it was still, when God arose
To save meek from their foes
Surely the wrath of man shall praise
You, and shall worship raise
And the remainder of wrath shall
You restrain fair and well
Here bring your vows and presents to
The LORD, He God to you
He awesome to all here below
And heavenly hosts too know

- Comment from author about the poem: A hymn-poem in 8.6.8.6. metre, on a Remembrance theme. Verse 6: I see this as the wrath of man that praises God, being righteous anger. God then restrains unrighteous anger which does not praise Him.
