Begin Again

SerenWise

Love, do you remember

That curious November?

When our love was forged,

Though we tried not to fall,

We couldn't help at all -

But to surrender.

My burning star,

Our love is here to Mars

And further still -

The song we will play

On our wedding day,

Our never-ending love distills.

Dear darling, it's now November

Our souls still meshed together

Through the fire and war,

Of a thousand suns;

As Midwinter comes -

We begin once more.
