Paper Plane

Noah Malice

The paper plane I threw
So delicately flew
Making way to you

It goes through the air
Knows just when and where
To turn to get there

So carefully unfold
The paper you now hold
And read what it's been told

For in the creases lie
A message I was too shy
To take to your eyes

Some hearts rest on sleeves
But not the one in me
Instead it's making way
