I work in LONDON ~ YOU work in NEW YORK
Each day on our new Mobile Phones we would talk
We never have quarrels or argue in BED
Because I am always just SIX HOURS AHEAD !
YOU can sleep every night ~ UNMOLESTED
And my MANHOOD would never be tested
We can meet every MONTH in a HOTEL instead
But please remember ~ Im SIX HOURS AHEAD !
We*ll never have CHILDREN ~ and never a PET
We*ll save on the Creche & the School & the VET !
Our Romance is all in the Heart & the Head
Because I am always ~ SIX HOURS AHEAD !
We*ll not have a MORTGAGE ~ We*ll not share Car
I cant drive the Atlantic ~ too wet & too far
So we*ll just have to fly to each other instead
Check the time at the AIRPORT ~ Im SIX HOURS AHEAD !
So if you want a nice STRESS FREE LIFE
You live in LONDON and NEW YORK your WIFE
You*ll lie UNDISTURBED in your BATH & your BED

This is based on a TRUE EXPERIENCE ! I worked with a MAN
who never seemed tired in the Mornings ! I knew he was married
and I asked HIM why he never brought his WIFE to Social occasions ?
He replied casually *O its a bit far for her to come she works in
NEW YORK !* He did bring her once to a CHRISTMAS PARTY and
they were one of the HAPPIEST Couples I have ever seen !
