I've gone Loco, drowned at Acapulco, because I stayed too long.
A spirit so strong, rhythm like an ocean, born in 81
I hear the voices, pounding from the choices, but they can't be wrong
This is my life, stepping to the right side, as this walks not done
I found the magic, hiding in the mattress, among many homes
Inside my mind, we're species of our own kind, lost in every song
Skin of the drum, pumping up local, to know your voice
Mixing our vibe, laying down a new line, to keep this strong
Now find your write, place it up for our sight, it can't be wrong
When you Loco, drowning at Acapulco, you'll never be alone

- Comment from author about the poem: I heard this song last night when out for my first dinner with lady and Maarii, I quickly saved it to my play list had it on today in the car (full blast) after 2 rewinds and a walk with the dogs. My mind was on a trip, making up much more than this! I've still enjoyed being back and trying to capture it! Keep up the write

You certainly will never be alone in your life Dan with writing like this.
My mind never stops and I love it & despise it but no matter what I'll keep being it!
