Tortured Mind

Poetic Dan

Tortured Minds like to rhyme, you'll hear mine try all the time

Again it's back to show I lack, passion to keep this one on track

Once eyes wide with pride, now only look to chastise

When the love is leaving , even sunrise is bleeding

I didn't want nothing easy, just a life I can believe in

Maybe this rhythm is deceiving, but so is my breathing

The only time I'm balanced, is when I put down in feeling

This is no writer or poet, just a broken man healing

There will always be scar tissue.

Not every day will you see the sun but believe in this - above the clouds the sun still shines.

    • Poetic Dan

To see your name my friend, felt better than the sun. Glad to see you!

Sadly this came to mind after someone saying the love how I comment on their work, after 10 years at getting better at my job. I no longer live it! Something has to change!

Always appreciate your time & hope you are as well as can be.

Maybe you are in mirror land too, must be why it's so easy to be late.

        Always appreciated

When you put down word of feeling
        You are poet of wonder,
        Those words show your healing.

          Thank you Andy
