Once I declared, now I dedicate

Poetic Dan

If you come across these words, you can witness what my soul yearns.

For on display from Christmas day, is a ring of love here to stay

Forever binding the new life we're manifesting, a wife, a mother, a soul like know other!

Two wondering souls

Familys of our own

Now joined as one

To journey home

Last time in a church I declared my love

Creating with it a boy & girl

Sadly this love grew to its highest height

As two homes are better than one in fight

7 years on with my last will & testament

In the eyes of all I need I dedicated my heart

Now I'm sharing with you in a world full of art

Until I take in my last breath I'm as happy as fart

Gassed up with a feeling of spilling my guts

Living the life I love, writting for the stars above

For light will always be, waiting in the dark for me

No longer needing to see, my spirit is now free

To be the best husband I can be!

  • Comment from author about the poem: We may have a big party to celebrate this moment but for now we have all we need, no need for a big fancy wedding.... Hope you are all having fun, treating every day as our last. Living in the moments of your wonderful art, much peace and respect. Keep up the write to be who you are!

Some flowers begin life buried in a very dark place and struggle but find the light. The light encourages growth and when the season is right a flower blossoms into something beautifully mature.
